Refund Policy


Effective Date: May 5, 2025

LiveTogetherly operates as a membership-based housing program. Membership dues and move-in
fees are essential for securing your space and supporting services provided in each residence.


1. Refund Policy
Membership Dues: All monthly membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Fees cover
access to housing and associated amenities and services.

2. Move-In Fee: The $800* membership fee
required at move-in is non-refundable. This fee secures the room and provides onboarding and housing
setup support.

3. Early Termination: If a member chooses to leave prior to the end of a paid period,
there will be no prorated refunds.

4. Termination by Program: If a member is terminated due to
violation of house rules, no refunds will be issued for remaining time in the paid period.

5. Refund
Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in cases of administrative error or cancellation prior to
move-in, less a $200 administrative processing fee. We encourage all members to review the Terms &
Conditions and House Rules before finalizing membership. All payments are considered confirmation of
agreement with this policy.
