Refund Policy



Effective Date: May 5, 2025



This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to LiveTogetherly.com may be refunded.



1. Security Deposit Refund

• The $300 security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term, provided the room is left clean, undamaged, and all keys are returned.

• Any cleaning fees, damages, or unpaid rent will be deducted from the deposit.

• Refunds will be issued within 30 days after move-out inspection and key return.

2. Rent Payments

• All rent payments are non-refundable once paid, regardless of early move-out or lease termination.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or early termination unless specified in writing by management.

3. Application or Administrative Fees

• Any non-refundable application or administrative fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of application and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

4. Lease Cancellations

• Tenants who cancel before their move-in date may forfeit their security deposit and any prepaid rent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to roomie@livetogetherly.com.

5. Contact for Refund Requests

• Include your name, address, move-out date, and reason for the request.

• Allow up to 7 business days for a response.
