By accessing or using LiveTogetherly.com or residing in one of our properties, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and Lease Terms

• Tenants must be at least 18 years old.

• A 6-month minimum lease is required.

• First month’s rent ($600) and a $300 security deposit are due prior to move-in.

2. Rent and Payment

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

• A $50 late fee may be charged if rent is not received by the 5th.

• Non-payment may result in termination of the lease.

3. House Rules

• All residents must follow posted house rules at all times.

• No overnight guests or outside visitors are allowed to maintain household peace.

• Quiet hours must be respected to support shared living harmony.

4. Use of Property

• Rooms must be kept clean and in good condition.

• Common areas must be shared respectfully and cleaned after use.

• Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges against the security deposit.

5. Termination

• Violation of any terms or rules may result in immediate termination of residency.

• Early termination by the tenant may forfeit their deposit.

6. Liability

• LiveTogetherly is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of tenant’s personal property.

• Tenants are encouraged to carry renters insurance.
