1. Membership Overview
LiveTogetherly is a membership-based independent living program providing furnished shared housing to eligible individuals. Housing is offered as a month-to-month membership, not a lease, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for membership, individuals must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Be able to care for themselves independently
• Agree to and follow all house rules and membership terms
• Remain drug- and alcohol-free
• Not pose a threat to the safety or wellness of others

3. Membership Dues & Monthly Fees
• One-Time Membership Due: $800 (non-refundable)
• Monthly Membership Fee: Starting at $900
(Fees vary depending on room type and location)
Membership dues secure placement, orientation, administrative processing, and access to amenities. Monthly fees must be paid in advance each month.

4. What’s Included in Membership
• Furnished private or shared room
• Utilities (electric, water, gas, trash)
• Wi-Fi internet
• Kitchen and laundry access
• Thumbprint entry locks and security cameras
• House manager and wellness check-ins

5. Membership Term
• All memberships are month-to-month.
• Members may terminate their participation with 7 days’ written notice.
• LiveTogetherly reserves the right to discontinue membership for violations of rules or non-payment.

6. Code of Conduct & House Rules
All members are required to:
• Follow posted house rules
• Maintain personal and shared cleanliness
• Participate in assigned chores
• Refrain from violence, threats, or unsafe behavior
• Honor curfew (if applicable)
• Respect other members’ space and privacy
A full list of rules is provided during orientation. Violations may result in warnings or dismissal.

7. Drug & Alcohol Policy
LiveTogetherly is a strictly drug- and alcohol-free environment.
• Substance use or possession is grounds for immediate removal.

8. Room Access & Inspections
Rooms may be entered by house management for safety checks, maintenance, or inspections with proper notice. Illegal items or unsafe conditions may result in immediate action.

9. No Lease or Tenancy
This is a membership program. Members do not acquire tenancy rights and are not under a lease. LiveTogetherly reserves the right to revoke membership in accordance with program policies.

10. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated for:
• Non-payment of monthly dues
• Violation of rules or safety policies
• Refusal to comply with wellness check-ins
• Endangerment of self or others

11. Liability Disclaimer
LiveTogetherly is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage. Members are advised to safeguard their belongings.

By submitting payment and signing the intake agreement, the member acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms, policies, and house rules established by LiveTogetherly.
